Read good reviews but when I called all the eprson could say is that they are having surgery soon. I asked if they were open and he said yes, I asked if I could maybe talk to someone else who works there who not having a surgery soon and he kept saying is is having surgery soon.Tip: If you run a business and are having surgery soon - maybe close it for a few days or hire someone to replace you and WORK doing the business. I totally understand surgery, but maybe keep the store closed if you are sick and or hire someone who can actually help customers? I ma in a real pickle here and do not understand why it seems impossible to either get service or buy new appliances and have them delivered. It's amazing how one can be willing to spend money and still not get any help in...

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The place is cluttered for sure, but Jim and Jeff are the real deal, salt of the earth people. I purchased a washer and dryer set in June, extremely affordable and very reliable. When my fridge stopped cooling few weeks ago, another local company tried to sell me one of their used fridge’s. So I went to J & J’s to see if they could beat the price and they did. They fixed my fridge for nothing!!! The guy said he remembered installing the washer and dryer over the summer and since I was a good customer he fixed the fridge for free....

Jeff went above and beyond! He stayed late one night to deliver my appliances. Made multiple trips to ensure everything was right! Came back to fix my leaking gas line (my fault not theirs). After 24 hrs my fridge/freezer was not cooling correctly and he made multiple trips to fix it and INSISTED ON reimbursing me for the food I lost. Also refused a tip I offered for his multiple trips! I would recommend buying from Jeff and his father. Both was super nice, and made sure I was squared away!...
