Rent-A-Center — Local services in Junction City

I have never done business with someone where in the end I felt financially taken advantage of and disrespected so this is definitely a first. the only person who tried to be transparent was the store manager after my first agreement situation. Only to be told "hey you'll still have the credit for the next time........there won't be a next time. The DM was the one who advised him to make my situation right and when the store manager called this person he was on the phone getting upset like my situation was the store managers fault......no it's not. It's rent a centers fault. We'll as a director of ops to a district here's some food for thought your customers are not all trying to take advantage and we are not and inconvenience. Oh well congrats rent a center it's paid off now, but I'm the one feeling taken advantage of financially and disrespected by a DM who made me feel like my issue was my fault , I can't make this up

I will never ever ever do business there again so I guess that original 600 credit is a financial gift...

If I could leave more than five stars, I would definitely do that! It has been so long since I have experienced the exceptional customer service that I have experienced in the past two days. I'm I'm the process of moving which is already stressful in itself. I walked into Rent-A-Center to get a washer and dryer. Daysha greeted me as soon as I walked in. Her infectious spirit definitely lifted mine. She was thorough from beginning to end and took a huge weight off my shoulders! Business keeps banging loudly on my neighbors door even tho I called local store and said person they are looking for is out of town and I have a business from home that they are disturbing. I get coming by once or twice or even every few days but multiple times a day disturbing other people is so uncalled for. Business is also leaving flyers all over the ground in front of my entry way. Both guys I spoke to were incredibly rude one was very cocky arrogant and disrespectful I'd never purchase from them because of the treatment.
