Frames and Engraving Etc. — Local services in Junction City

I had two items engraved by these guys. One was fine but the other was messed up a little bit. I brought it up to them and told them it wasnt a big deal but it was still messed up. when I brought it up to them, the gentlemen was very rude and refused to "see the problem" even though one of the ladies there admitted she could see what I was referring to. He acted offended that I was taking his work into question. If you're going to do craft work, be prepared to have it judged if you make a mistake. And be willing to admit it. They dont charge much but their work isn't much, either. Its an automated laser engraver, not custom hand engraving. This has been my go to place this year for framing, gifts and any wild idea I could think in terms of customization. Thay haven't disappointed and I can say it was worth every penny I saved.
