Geary County Historical Society — Attraction in Junction City

We went for their anual chili feed and bingo night. While we waited for everything to get started we walked around the museum. They have some neat stuff in there. The chili was good, like usual. They even had 2 different kinds this year. If you didn't want chili, you could get chicken noodle soup. Bingo was fun. This is an AWESOME place to visit! I really enjoy coming here, because it is fairly inexpensive but it has so much history that is just fascinating to look at. There are plentiful things on each floor, and you can spend quite a bit of time there just looking around. The only problem that I have is that there are not enough places to sit, and as I am older and disabled, it makes it difficult for me to go and see everything.
