Concept Computers — Local services in Jupiter

I went to Concept Computers for the first time ever seeking advice about what computer platform would be best to use TurboTax with an external device for the CD that I had already purchased. Also, I was interested in downloading previous years taxes onto the computer, but my current computer, an Acer Chromebook does not have a CD tray and was not compatible with the external device I purchased elsewhere online and cannot accept the downloaded version of TurboTax either. The Chromebook is not versatile. The owner of the business, Yogesh helped me to understand many aspects relating to my inquiry and offered me a couple of solutions which quickly helped me to solve my issue. By the way, I did not get the help I needed at other office supply stores previously so I’m glad I discovered Concept Computers. I can’t say enough good things about Yogesh, he is a very nice and honest man who is extremely knowledgeable and will give the best advice and not push a sale if it’s not in your best interest. I highly recommend this business. Update: I returned to Concept Computers and ended up purchasing a nice used laptop that Yogesh rebuilt. Being somewhat "computer challenged" myself, Yogesh walked me through the process on a level that I could understand and I believe it was with heartfelt compassion for my dilemma. I visited, as a walk-in, Concept Computers and was treated with courtesy and respect. Yogsesh Shah was very patient in listening to me describe the problem I was having with my laptop. We worked together for about 20 minutes but could not solve the issue. I asked Mr. Shah if he could keep my laptop and work on it to resolve the problem. He did and called me about an hour later and said the problem is fixed. I picked up my laptop, we tested it and everything was/is working properly.
