The Summer House — Local services in Jupiter

I recently purchased almost $25K worth of furniture from this store and I’m filled with regret. My experience with this store has been nothing but negative. I could almost write a book of all the problems I had. As someone who has revelry made a large purchase from them…DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! They are so unethical (on SO many levels). The quality is terrible(they will deliver broken furniture and hope you don’t notice)! The owner doesn’t care at all (I would have rather spoken to him about this issue but he never returned a call). Employees do NOT care and have zero respect for the owner (one employee told me she hasn’t had a day off in 6 months!!). I wish I never walked into this store. I don’t know how they stay in business?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD...

I have had a great experience with The Summer House Furniture. I went into the show room several times to get ideas. When I was finally serious about buying, the manager Tammy was very helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and my price range and showed me great options. It was a painless process. She also told me of their price match guarantee. A week after I made my purchase I found 2 of the items I ordered at a large corporate furniture store at a lower price. Horrible place!!!! Go elsewhere!! Furniture is over priced for the quality! If you look around the showroom, most sofas and chairs are the same styles in different materials! Palliser is their main sofa line with bad reveiws and poor customer service! Go to Roch Boboius or Natuzzi for your leather purchases!! Much better quality for high end lines and safer bet due to being established furniture stores!! Coastal consoles are repeated all over the showroom floor as they can't buy from manufacturers that sell to well known furniture stores with buying power, since tthey are small and only one year in business!!
