Giving this market the benefit of the doubt, but the food should be inside. Maybe eventually the plan is to have more food options inside the building and not just the anchor restaurant? 19 million dollars on a building and people have to go outside? This place needs to be similar to the Anaheim Packing District in order to be a massive success. Good food IN the building with different options is what will get people to show up daily, year round. Also wonder what the ultimate benefit is of using a large part of this building for meeting spaces and not future businesses..seems like there are other buildings that already existed that could have been used for that. It’s early so maybe some of these things will change, I will support but as of now there’s nothing to keep me coming...
