Friday was my first time in this salon and I have to admit I was very nervous becuz I haven’t had the best luck in the past , but I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the business ! When I first got there I was immediately greeted and they offered drinks and were super friendly ! As soon as my stylist ( Michal ) took me back she asked me several questions about my hairs condition and the products I use . I explained what I wanted and she read my mind about what I was going for , also before we even got started she gave me a quote of what it was going to average. My hair was mostly blonde and had some golden brown as well and I asked for super dark red color ( I can’t remember what she called it ) . Michal is the best stylist I have ever been too ( and trust me I’ve been to more I can count ) ,she’s super nice, very thoughtful , wasn’t snotty , and u could tell that she really cared about her job and what u wanted ! Read moreI haven't had a haircut in a year due to Covid. I finally found a salon where I felt comfortable going because they have a good Covid protocol. I made a 5:00pm appointment and after a LONG day, I was looking forward to being pampered. I got there 5 minutes early, checked in and waited. And waited, and waited. At 5:20 I still hadn't even been acknowledged by Josi who was taking her time with her previous client. When she then decided she needed to take multiple photos of the previous client, that was it for me. I walked out. If at any time she had told me she was running late or apologized or even acknowledged I was sitting there, it would have worked in her favor. I still need a haircut but I don't regret leaving. Read moreI loved coming here for about four years. But my regular stylist left, and I tried a new stylist. I asked the new stylist about getting a hair color service and what the cost would be. She called the owner over to consult, and they gave me a reasonable amount. So I booked an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the stylist called the owner to confirm what the cost would be, and the amount was twice as much as what they'd quoted to me originally. I did not feel comfortable paying that much. The stylist offered a different hair color service for much less, which I opted to have done.
