Took me a month to leave this review but here it goes. Arrived 45 minutes before posted closing time, three workers, three people in line. I was told I would not be served because the person last in line was the last customer before closing. 45 minutes, really?? Went to another Subway location and they were 5 minutes to closing and had cleaned up everything and still served me. I think getting workers for food service is challenging in today’s economy but you really should stay open until your posted hours say you are not. Otherwise just close sooner and post it as so!!! How hard is that? It’s inappropriate for a business to operate in this way.
Update. I live close to this location so let’s give it another try, everyone deserves a second chance right? It’s a Thursday at 1pm. No indication they are closed, Google doesn’t say they are shut down, but no lights on, doors locked, ghost town inside. How is this place still here? subway seriously this is shameful, just shut this place down already and give this location up! It’s a serious threat to your reputation as a legitimate business. I watched 7 people go up the door in disappointment in the 5 minutes it has taken me to update this review… there’s clearly demand here, this place should be thriving. The employee was the only one in the store all day, this is not okay as there is a lunch rush everyday around 12 noon. THERE WERE NO STORE MANAGERS OR NO MANAGER AT ALL IN THE STORE WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. THIS IS RIDUCULOUS TO HAVE SOMEONE IN THE STORE THEIR ENTIRE SHIFT ALONE. Also, with management being fully aware of the situation with the supplies, no one had common decency to place a sign on the door stating they were out of chicken, and steak. Just continue to do business as usual without necessities. I was in the store for over 30 minutes getting 2 sandwiches. Read moreI have frequented this establishment very often since I was a kid. It's my local and near by subway, which I have enjoyed always visiting. Except for this past visit. The food was good as to expect,but the service was truly awful not just to me but to other kind customers. The horrible and rude employees name was Autumn she was rude verbally to 2 elderly ladies who were just trying to place an order. Being snappy and quiet aggressive with her tone towards the customers. Not to mention her repremanding her coworker who was genuinely kind and polite to everyone.
