I haven't had any issues with this location until recently. I purchased a grill on display. A older short lady with dark short hair and glasses was very helpful 👍,but the two guys she asked to help load the truck was lazy and inexperienced with loading anything. It was 2 heavier guys one Caucasian & mixed guy with glasses. I heard rubbing/ squealing sound but thought nothing of it until they turned the grill around. It was rubbing against the inside wall of my truck where the tire humps are. There's no way they didnt hear it up close because I was standing back. They bent the bottom double door on the grill while loading. I'm glad I noticed it before I took it home. I told them I no longer wanted it and wanted a refund bcuz the grill was perfect while instore. They looked like the had a attitude they had to unload the grill. They didn't apologize offer a discount or nothing. Still the older lady was nice and synthetic, I walked by the mixed fella after the took back instore, I thank you anyway for loading (why I'm thanking him for that experience only Lord knows, just trying to be nice still) but he walked right past me, no response. Like I was a inconvenience. Shortly I saw the heavier Caucasian guy come out and leave for the day . So even more so I felt he didn't care because he was ready to go. I was going to ask the lady at the register about a discount because I really liked the grill and price and that was the only one left there but at that point I wasn't interested in spending my money at that location at...
Read moreNot at all what it used to be. Not one employee acknowledged me. When the kid working in footwear saw me, he disappeared. I needed help with shoes, but he never came back. I finally figured out that the pair of shoes I wanted that they only had 1 pair in my size had one that was another size. I had to go through every single box looking for the other shoe my size, couldn't find it, but finally found it on display stuck with metal security tags and a zip tie. I went to their computer, got fingernail cutter, cut it off myself and left my mess. I also stood there and watched a kid take off his shoes and steal the new ones. I would have said something, but there wasn't anyone to tell. Normally, I'd clean it up, but that infuriated me. I was in that department for over an hour! Then, went I went to apparel, some young lady, I'd guess to be around 20, looked up at me in the eye, with a frown on her face, went right back to folding. Sorry to be such a bother to your employees. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the idiot standing upfront, who if I recall correctly, they used to be so friendly and greet you, this idiot was playing with a ball and didn't greet me. It seems to me you could do some better hiring...and more hiring. I guess that's why you have the lowest prices. Not so much...
Read moreWanted to buy a treadmill, guy sweeping that area couldn't be bothered. He disappeared. Asked lady at sunglasses and she said she'd get someone. He was brought back and seemed like he had better places to be, but said it was in stock and he could get it. Then he and the lady seemed to try and talk us out of it. Its not meant to fit in a car, are you sure you want it..... I went and measured with a tape measure and explained I had rope before they would even bring it up. She kept saying "He seems to think.." talking over a radio. Very condescending. When he came back with it he didn't say a word. Walked past us to the register, grabbed a scanner from the cashier and scanned it, then just stood there like he was mad he had to lift it. She just said the total. Employees here are not so friendly overall. We threw it in the trunk and I pulled to the side to get out of the main entranceway, and then I slid the thing up the seats until I was able to close the trunk. It was easy going once we weren't being rushed by impatient employees. I would have bought a floor mat to go under it, but the staff made me not want to get anything else so I drove to Home Depot and got the rest of what I needed. I even put back the...
