I was in this store today to find a small gift for my spouse at home in The Netherlands. When I wanted to pay the necklace, my card didn’t work, but the sales lady and the store manager kept very friendly and patient. After several attempts and even trying PayPal, I excused myself and walked out.

When I was outside the sales lady came out and gave the necklace for free. That was the best shopping experience I had in years. Customer satisfaction: 10 points!

When I arrived at the car I felt a bit guilty, so I called the bank and the card was reactivated, so I could make the PayPal transaction. Awesome experience and some nice accessories. Keep up the good work! 👍

Visited this shop to find jewelry for an upcoming event. Was so impressed with the selection of products and the quality. The rings I tried on were adjustable so I could easily make each piece work for me. The necklace I purchased was the cherry on top because it was easy to clasp and hung perfectly with my new dress.
