Vintage Stock — Local services in Kansas City

I tried to buy silent hill 3 from this vintage stock and they lied to me and sold me an incomplete product. Then refused to give me a full refund. For reference silent hill 3 on the PS2 goes for about 250 dollars. I was willing to pay that, but I wanted the full game. The game has two discs. One of those disks is a soundtrack. At the time I had forgotten about that. When they opened up the case to show me the game, I noticed it only had one disk. I asked why that was. I was told that it was just placed in a case that might have had two discs at one point. Basically , that it was a mistake that it was in a case that held two disks. And I was reassured that this Silent Hill game only had one disk. They lied to me so that I would buy the game. The game was much cheaper than what you could buy online , I pointed that out, and was told it was just a good deal and not that it didn't include the soundtrack. As a collector of these games I want the full thing. Game, full booklet, original cover, and soundtrack. I was sold this game under false pretenses because again they lied for the sale. Before i even left the store I looked on the case of the game and it clearly said "soundtrack included". Then when I looked online for other copies of this game , they all included the soundtrack with the second disk. Even though I was lied to and misled, they would not give me my money back, just instore credit. I have spent thousands of dollars at vintage stocks in my area and I will never go to this one again. Used to like this store till I saw a young child had to use the restroom and they made him and his mother go down the block instead of using their restroom. They were in line with about $100+ in merchandise they were about to purchase, so it's not like they walked in off of the street. Then getting help is a joke since they want to talk with the kids at the counter instead of helping customers on the floor. Love Vintage Stock at the other locations, but this one is a joke. After 10 minutes of looking around, trying to get some attention/help, and having their employees just look at me and ignore me from the counter, I threw the games and other items I was buying on the shelf and left. Since I moved to the northland and this is the only store up here, just save your money and buy your games off of eBay instead of supporting this poorly...

Great selection and the prices are pretty reasonable. Some of their stock is a little pricey (some stuff is cheaper to 'Buy Now' on Ebay) but it's all in decent condition and they're prices are a little better than the other mom and pop retro-gaming store in the area. If you are specifically trying to fine something you should really check Ebay and Amazon first to see the prices they are selling for. Otherwise the store is awesome. I could spend hours just looking through old game carts and vintage toys/movies/consoles/comics/books. Check this place out if you havent. They have XBOXONE/PS4 stuff as well as all the old retro consoles and the newer multi-cart reading consoles as well so something...
