UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Thanks so much for your response. If the purse is still there, and you can confirm it's authentic, I would buy it. It's not just missing a serial number, it's also missing the emblem that is usually sewn on the interior. It was the small purse with brown logo and light tan background. The interior is lilac. The strap is a soft brown material, not leather. You had a price of $65. At the time, you only had 2-Coach Purses, the other was bright yellow. I appreciate your communication and have changed the rating from 3 to 4-stars. If you can prove the purse is authentic, I will update the review, and change it to 5-stars.

Friendly staff greeted us at the door explaining the specials with a smile. The place was clean and well organized. I went to the purse section where I was delighted to find what appeared to be a coach purse. The price was $65. The price tag said “Coach”. Unfortunately, this was NOT a Coach Purse. It was an imitation or knock-off. The biggest giveaway was no “Coach” emblem sewed on the inside of the purse. No serial number found inside or outside of this purse. Granted, had it been new, and a real Coach purse, it would have been a $350 “small purse”. It wasn’t new and it was an imitation, worth $15 at best. My experience here was sad and I will not be coming her again. I have shopped here in the past and had a very good shopping trip. About a week ago I brought two full large trash bags full of clothes and brought them to this location and came back after the wait time. They weren't able to look through all the clothes because they found some new and clean washcloths in the bag. Which is understandable, but a simple phone call before hand would have been nice. We took our bags then came back later in the week which happened to be today. We brought in our two trash bags with clean and some new brand-named clothes, as well as more boxes full of clothes. We then came back later when they texted saying they were done and were very VERY surprised that they took NONE of the clothes. Not one SINGLE piece. Keep in mind I had Miss Me Jeans that i bought from platos closet never worn, and had the tag on it and they didn't take those. I had clothing items from pink, target, etc. That were very up to date. & met their stereotypical "style" chart. And I was very surprised they didn't take one single item. Did they even look through everything? Were the workers even doing their job? This store will buy your stolen property and sell it even after you have identified it. They will not work with you to get your stuff back. Instead, they put it right back on the shelf.

They say that they only work with police, yet if someone says; "hey you're selling my stolen property".. Should they not CALL the police? Not in my case. They put it back on the shelf and sold it.

I have recordings of my interactions with them in the store. They told me the manager would call me and when I went back, after no call, the store employee told me that my stuff had been sold.

If I were to do the same thing in real life I would be charged with Receiving Stolen Property, which is a felony. The owner of this store IS guilty of receiving and selling stolen property.
