West Bottoms — Local services in Kansas City

First Fridays & Saturday’s of the month are the best! However, anytime is fun to check out the gloriously creaky wooden floor treasure troves of endless possibilities!!!

I have several favs but to be fair, that shall remain a secret! But go down yourself & find some gems for people & animals, of all ages! It was even snowing on one block in Nov. Only the West Bottoms can do that!

How many people can say they played a piano, on a wooden elevator, like in the movie Deceived? It was a short rhapsody of keys but it IS indeed possible. Whether you are looking for snazzy clothing, unique kitchen accessories , a hot cup of cocoa (white choc or reg !!), antique furniture & entirely so much more, seek & u shall find!!!

Plan to go early & stay late. Eat at the Ship or Chef BBQ & end with cocktails. Either way you WILL hv fun. Parking ….not so fun but by the time you find your car & bring your non essential goodies home, you will forget all about that!!
