James is a hair coloring and styling master. His expertise and passion for hair are matched by none! I was lucky to find James three years ago and have been with him ever since.

James is upfront with pricing and is very transparent. He always makes sure I understand the process, upkeep, and limitations when looking to try new styles or colors. I value his opinion very much because he truly wants what is best for me.

James is extremely knowledgeable, which is apparent in his work. He is very well rounded and delivers great results. Only once was I not fully happy with a new hair cut, and without hesitation, James told me to come in same day so we could fix it. James made me feel comfortable when discussing what I wanted to change, and he made the perfect adjustments!

Last, but certainly not least, James has a heart of gold. He is invested not only in my hair but me as a person. The positive environment James fosters in his salon makes everyone feel welcomed...

Aside from the issue, Emily was generally friendly and did an excellent job on my sister's hair. I booked an appointment to get a women's haircut yesterday, Emily postponed the appointment once before rescheduling me completely for today. not a big deal, we were able to work it into our schedule just fine. The issue arose towards the end of the appointment when I expressed my unhappiness with the cut, I had brought pictures of what I wanted from many different angles and Emily spent no time looking at them before cutting. She told me she couldn't work around the longer strands above my ears and that she was out of time. She explained to us that the cut should've taken 2 hours for what I wanted but on the website a women's cut is 45 minutes so how were we supposed to know this?? I left with a haircut that I'm not happy with and I will not...

I was initially quite happy with the salon and gave it a very positive review. Upon returning for my second visit the stylist, Emily - seemed like she had no idea who I was. The complaints I'd come in with the first time; brassy highlights and poor colororing was repeated tenfold on the second visit! When I called a week later to express my disappointment she texted back she could give me a conditioner to fix it. I replied that that would not fix the color and she couldn't understand what happened, she did offer me an appointment. However, when I expressed the need for an urgent appointment due to important upcoming events she neglected to respond at all. At this point I simply cannot trust her with my hair. I will not return.
