Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Kansas City

As a former VS employee and long time VS reward member and cardholder it pains me to write this review. After my experience today at the Zona Rosa Victoria secret, I don’t see myself shopping at Victoria Secret anymore. I can not count how many purchases I’ve made over the years at VS. I bought a bra on my VS card and did not like the fit. I couldn’t find the receipt with all the holiday craziness, but figured I’d be fine because all the tags where attached and it was clearly never worn, plus I purchased it on my VS card.

I was very wrong. The lady at the counter helping me was nice at the beginning and very quickly turned condescending and kept calling me “honey” over and over. When the manager came she was in sweats and didn’t even look like an employee. When I started to ask if she was the manager she immediately cut me off.

I completely understand that they’ve had policy changes. As of OCT 1, you are NOT able to return without a receipt. You can only exchange for a different color or size. You can not get a different bra or other items.

I can see why retail is dying. Not just Victoria Secret store front closing down all over, it is brands across the country. It is so much easier buying and returning online. I don’t want to ever have another interaction like that again. I’m not sure if it’s the holidays craziness or the stress of the store not doing well, but the customer service was at an all time low and would have never been handled that way years ago.

I’m going to be cutting up my VS card and continuing the new adventure of buying more affordable just as great...

Had a bad experience tonight. Went in the store and the older woman (late 40's to 50's) did not offer to help me at all. I then asked another young lady for help and she helped me. The young lady then needed assistance herself, in helping me. So she adked the older woman for help and she flat told her no, to go make a call herself. So the young lady continued to help me and was very nice. Meanwhile, my husband came in store (he was parking car) and as soon ad he came in the old woman started hitting on him and flieting very hard. He told her im just here to find my wife. She had a scowl then as i approached my husband. I think this was very rude. It made us both feel very akward and disrespected. She should've offered to help me when i came in instead just standing there gossiping with the blonde. Then, its wrong that she just waited til a male comes in store to offer to help then flirt with him. Very nasty and trashy woman. We left and spent $300 at the pink...

The Zona Rosa location, the manager is very rude and argumentative! I had purchased something at the Legends location and when I had gone to the Zona location I found what I had actually been looking for at the Legends location but didn't find. So while I was at the Zona location I went to return what I had JUST purchased 30 min prior at the Legends location and the rude manager at Zona refused to return one of the items because it came from the Pink store.. Well at the Legends location it's BOTH but apparently not at Zona... But it was very inconsiderate and rude of her to not take back what I had just purchased. And she just kept arguing about it... So until they REPLACE her I will NO longer give Zona location my business! She...
