I started Body 20 when they first opened at the Katy location, and I must say, it was a game changer! The concept of a 20-minute workout might sound too good to be true, but their combination of advanced EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technology with expert coaching truly delivers results.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. The coaches are all great here and so knowledgeable. Kristin is usually my coach and really pushes me, Iāve also had the opportunity to work out with Reinaldo and Randi and I was very happy with their coaching as well.
The workout itself is intense yet manageable, and I was amazed at how much I could achieve in just 20 minutes. I felt the muscles working in ways I had never experienced before, and the quick pace kept me engaged from start to finish.
Overall, Body 20 is perfect for anyone looking to maximize their workout efficiency without sacrificing effectiveness. I always leave feeling energized and excited to return for my next session. Highly recommend...

Had no intention of joining another exercise facility but Chris at the front desk was so warm and educated about the process and how EMS training works that I just had to give it a shot.
Kyle was my trial session trainer and did an amazing job explaining why and what we were that I signed up immediately. I felt fantastic after that first session.
Julia, Kiara, Kyle and Reinaldo are all so good at pushing you when you need it but also working with your physical limitations (lots of injuries to contend with here).
If youāre short on time but still want to take care of your body this is an excellent solution. Efficient 20 minute workouts that feel like youāve been a slave to the gym all week.
Iām 4 weeks in and already seeing wonderful results in my strength and flexibility.

Iāve lost so much weight, gained muscle, gained strength (more importantly). I had hit a huge plateau in my postpartum fitness journey having lost over 20lbs but still needing to lose more and not seeing a change even being in a caloric deficit day after day and working out twice daily during the week, I was exhausted and discouraged and then we found body20. From October to now Iāve lost over 10 lbs, lost visceral fat, gained nearly 6 lbs of muscle! Itās been incredible.
