Today was a repeat of the last time I was here. Similar problems, but worse this time. We were waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes, there were plenty of tables open they just needed to be bussed. The line of waiting customers got longer and was shortened by them turning around and leaving. I stuck it out and finally got a table. They were clearly under staffed. Our server apologized and said there was only one cook. That told me that it would be a while before we get our order. I was correct, the food came very late. Coffee came without a spoon. Pancakes were dry. My wife never got her tea. English muffins came instead of biscuits. No butter for the toast. I overheard that the server was telling those in line that they wouldn't be seated for a while. I saw lots of tables, they just needed to be cleared. This location has many levels of price points to meet your budget, from a basic oil change, to premium, when you want to spoil your vehicle! I've never been put on the spot with upsells, or unnecessary add-ons, which I appreciate greatly! When I go for a quick oil change, that's what I want, and they deliver, you stay in your car and the rest is taken care of. Keeping your vehicle's oil and filter are a must, and I've put my trust in this business, and they haven't let me down. This Kroger gas station is similar to most others. The paper is usually out at the pumps so you have to walk to pickup your receipt. Not very convenient. They are fairly well stocked on the inside and they have a good variety of lottery tickets. It needs a little bit more lighting outside and the staff are fairly helpful...
