This was a terrible experience for this place. Well actually a non experience since the door were locked at 4:37 pm on Wednesday April 23,2005. They were closed. Said they were closed but they had a long line in the drive through. You might ask why not just use drive through? Well, that would be because I walked to the pet store with my dog to buy dog food and thought I’d get myself something to eat also. But that was a no go. You would think that the person that came to the door to tell me they were closed would have at least offered to take my order and bring it to me when it was ready but I suppose the thought of making a sale or trying to make a customer happy or even just providing the service to everyone equally would be something that jack in the box would have trained their employees to do but I can see that they don’t care about my business or anyone’s really. They might as well just close this location since they can’t seem to be able to open their doors to the public anyway. Read moreWhoever was working today at 6:00PM. Mexican women with glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. I attempted to use the app to order food. I kept getting and error message. I drove to this location told the person in the drive thru I was trying to order and use points that are in the app. I asked if I could use them in store since the app wasn’t working. I was told to pull forward before they took my order. When the guy finally opens the window he takes my order and ask me to pull forward. I asked him if he’s going to make my food before all these other cars since my order was not taken ahead of time. I had to wait another 20 mins and when I went to tell the lady she showed no empathy or respect for anyone’s time. Then my food is ready and I tell her it’s on the window and she takes her time walking slow to fill the food. Just being pretty. Then instead of apologizing or handing me the bag herself. She goes to look for someone else to hand them the bag and he’s looking trying to figure out who it’s for because she says nothing !!! I’m just watching im disbelief. Maybe you can’t rush an order but apologize for the mistake and act like we’re paying customers!!! Just rude...
Read moreOnce again i am having the same issues, So I went this morning to get breakfast and the young woman who was running the drive through is so soft-spoken. You cannot hear her at all when she's talking to you. I tried to be as polite as possible and told her that I could not understand or hear her. She was so very rude this morning. I tried to hand her my payment for the meal. She only took the dollar bills. I tried to hand her the change, and she just ignored me that i still had change to give her for my meal. so I kind of tossed the change onto the window seal so that she could see that I'm paying for the full order. She ignores that money hands me my food, and she's just so off putting, i dont know if she was in her own feelings and projected it outwardly it was very rude I'm definitelyely getting tired of her issues when I stop by in the morning.
