The Shops at Richmond Lakes — Local services in Katy

This single star is for their little warming tray / table area at the front of the store with the various chicken items. I have been coming to this location for the better part of three years and nearly every single time that I come in, and it doesn't matter what time or on what day they don't have any of their wings available to purchase. I have talked with every member of management in this building, about this issue over the last, again nearly three years. It is unbelievable that a company of this quality, and this size doesn't have some sort of baking schedule in the back to where they supply this station with wings. At any given time you can go by there and they'll be 30 whole rotisserie chickens available, but not a supply of their wings. Which they're really excellent and that's why we try to get them a couple of times a week. This is so disappointing and so I finally taken to the public airwaves to see if that might make...
