A few things to gather from my personal experience here today. I prefer to only write positive reviews here on Google, but today is not that case unfortunately.
Positives:
I will admit, the wings were pretty good! I got their spicy bbq and buffalo extra hot garlic wings. The spicy bbq wings were not as spicy as you would expect and didn’t have a flavorful taste as you may imagine, but the buffalo extra hot garlic made up for it with a stronger kick of spice and flavor.
Honestly, the food is their saving factor in a decent review here. I really want this restaurant to be good, but here is where the negatives factor in…
Negatives: The LOOOOOONG wait to order food and to receive the food, and the consistency of forgetting small requests. Granted, the waitress had a smile on her face and was very nice to us throughout the experience, but what fell through was taking a long time to check on us, lack of communication, forgetting/taking a long time to bring out small little requests like ranch or to go boxes. A small mistake once or twice is fine, but forgetting to bring out one extra ranch 3 times and reminding her for a to-go box that she offered to us is disappointing. The waitress mentioned towards the end of the experience that there was something going on in the kitchen, which we noticed the manager and a few staff members come to the front, so I will give it the benefit of the doubt, but that update was far overdue when it was time to leave. I hope she learns from this experience and improves her service skills. Her friendly personality makes up for it.
I don’t ask for much or expect too much from a wing restaurant, but it was so disappointing and embarrassing. I hope service improves overall so more people can enjoy dining in at a restaurant that has really good wings! As of now, save yourself the trip and just order takeout.

Read moreI will never go back to this place. I ordered my food online and went to pick it up and used app to tell them I was at the parking lot and the no one answered nor bring my food. After 35 min I messaged the restaurant asking when will my food be ready, and the employee answered back saying that it should be ready in another 15 min. So waited again..., after 25 minutes I sent a message again, but no answer. Gave 5 more minutes and went in the store. The food was ready ever since I was at parking lot sitting in a food warmer!! OMG, All this time the food was sitting there and getting COLD. On top of that there were 3 people standing around the cashier counter doing absolutely nothing! And older lady.., May be an manager?? She said I should have came in the store, they are too busy to bring my food out side. It's my fault that I didn't come in. WHAT THE H* is she talking about? I had a choice to choose curbside or Togo. And yes I've chosen curbside and the app even asked me what kind of car I would be in. If I chose to go in then there no need to put description on my car...correct??Anyways, instead of apologizing, sarcastically said I should have called or come in. I came home with COLD AND SOGGY food and to realize they forgot to put the sauce. I requested sauce on the side..., and no sauce!! Lazy crew.., rude and very careless. Owner should be there and teach the crew some manners. I can understand that this store is new, but if the staff don't shape up soon I don't think the store will last very long. Read moreIt's real hard to leave a negative comment twords one of my family's favorite restaurant but we were unsatisfied with today's visit, I don't want to give the waiter a negative review because I know it wasn't his fault but he was working more tables than he could handle which caused terrible service! We had to find our waiter to let him know that we were ready to order because we were sitting there for about 20 minutes waiting for our waiter to come take our order. It was hard getting his attention so we had to walk towards the kitchen to complain about the food or get refills and on top of that my daughter never received her ice cream that comes with a kids meal, we also had to find someone to give us our check because we were ready to leave, if we were not honest people it would have been very easy to walk out without paying because nobody was paying attention. I really do believe that our waiter was the only person working today, I seriously did not see any other waitresses or waiters and if they were there, they were in the back in the kitchen. I was disappointed in the amount of potato wedges I received for my order, I literally counted nine wedges, and when I finally got someone to acknowledge this they told me it goes by weight! I don't know what the weight is but I can tell you this it was not enough, not even for a small child, I spend $120 to $200 every time I go to Big City Wings, please fix these problems if our business is still wanted or...
