If I could leave 0 stars I would! The so called Manager on Duty, Jamie is something else. I think she is angry with life. She lacks total customer service skills. I have had 3 experiences with this individual and each time was worse than the previous visit. The 2nd visit ended with her screaming at me and her refusal to provide me with the corporate and the general manager’s contact information, I obtained the GM’s information through a secondary means. I spoke with the GM who apologized for her attitude and behavior and let me know that I am not the first one to complain about Jamie. He assured me that he would speak to her regarding her lack of customer service skills. We ended the call with him asking me to give Sonic another chance, stating that he would comp my next meal. I returned this evening (3/12/21). Once I updated Jamie on the conversation I had with the GM, she started with the attitude. At this time she states that the GM no longer works there. So, she would have to make a phone call. She returned with the same terrible attitude and took my order. Never apologizing for the previous incident. Jamie lacks professionalism and customer service etiquette. She would benefit from additional customer service training or put her in the kitchen where she is not in direct contact with the public. She will definitely cause the sales at this location to drop. I gave them 3 chances and due to Jamie they all resulted in strikeouts. We all now 3 strikes... You’re out!!!!! Read moreWent to this location last night around 7 PM, placed order at kiosk for drive-thru. There were only 3-4 cars in front of me and still waited 25 minutes in line only to get to the pick-up window where they had no record of my order. I placed my order again and in respect to those behind me offered to go inside to pick up. I was told it would only be a couple of minutes if I went inside. I walked into the eating area to find dirty tables, trash on the floor and overall poor conditions. I stood for a few minutes before someone asked how they could help me. I went through my Sonic scenario yet again, re-placed my order and paid. I watched and listened to the unorganized, food tossing, joking, foul language show that was going on in the kitchen area. There were 2-3 car hops who seemed to be trying to do their job, while being hollered at to get their own orders ready. One of the car hops checked on me while I waited, and apologized (the first apology) for how my order had been handled. When I finally got my order of a cheeseburger and onion rings I pulled an onion ring out of my bag on the way to my car (my late dinner had 35 minutes added), only to find the onion was cold, not warm , cold as in refrigerator cold. The burger was not even warm by the time I opened it at home - to-go food usually stays warm for the short drive home.

Read moreI am so glad I took a chance and visited this location today! Beyond happy! Ive always liked sonic growing up but for the past 10 years Sonic has not been good. The locations are slow and cold food. But THIS location exceeded expectations. I placed an order on the website. I went inside to request extra condiments. The restaurant was very clean and nice inside. Never knew they had booths inside. Nice. The employee helped me ! Went back to my car and waited not too long but even it was long I dont mind as long as my food is hot and fresh!!!! When my food came we immediately tried some mozzarella sticks, they get cold fast on the drive home and I detest cold food. They were hot and yummy! I tasted a chicken bite. It was fresh too! And not too hot but just right. The tator tots were warm but nicely fried. Onion rings nicely warm. We ate our corn dogs at home so they definitely cooled off on the drive home. No problem. My husbands burger was smothered in mayo and he had to wipe some off, lol but idc about that really. Im just so happy that this location was nice and gave me what I asked and it was good !!!!
