Archway Village — Local services in Kearney

I was very disappointed by my experience at the Comfort Inn Kearney I - 80. I paid far above the average of the area and what I might usually pay. Some amenities listed that were not accurate. No coffee, or microwave. The elevator was out of order and the staff was not equipped to support guests getting bags up to the 3rd floor. I would have been okay with that circumstance, but the staff was very matter a fact and indifferent to the inconvenience. In the morning the staff was unfriendly when passing out a breakfast bag in which you had to microwave your own breakfast. And there was no COFFEE! The rooms were now extremely clean either. They were not terrible but little things were dirty including the foot cover on the bed. ...

We go to this little shopping mall quite a bit we visit Papa Murphy's and family fresh quite often. There is always good service there and I can't forget to mention Eileen's cookies we often go in there and get a few cookies every now and then as well. It's a nice strip mall a nice location and...
