E-Titan especially this location in Kearney has help me quit smoking cigarettes which I started at the age 7yrs old I'm now 45 and in 2023 every person that I've come in contact at this store has been hands down amazing especially Jason....there was a review that was submitted about him by a David Langer this person was promoted to write that review due to a mistake at a restaurant that was infact the restaurants fault not the customers....that customer being Jason....and since the employees actually treated him like crap and didn't seem to care at all about getting his order wrong and being completely distasteful about the whole situation Jason may have gotten a bit upset as anyone would....now if the situation would have been handled correctly I can absolutely tell u that Jason would have never have gotten upset but the disrespect came to him first and it never happened in his establishment he was a paying customer who had extremely horrible service I know both sides of the story and I work at the establishment that treated him badly to which I had over heard talk about this review so recently I was able to take the time to talk with Jason and I can absolutely tell u that his words are true and 100% I would have been unhappy also what he told me is what I deal with everyday there young people who just don't care I've worked in customer service for over 25yrs and always make sure that the customers leave happy no matter what but for someone to go out of there way and attack him on a Google review who was never there is ridiculous I know what happen that review was out of control and the name given by had nothing to do with the situation.....anyways Jason keep doing the amazing job you and everyone at this store is doing....also I visit this establishment very often and I mean often so I do know both sides and I work at the other one and everyone at E-Titan are absolutely amazing you have my word.....

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dedicated over the last 2 years of my life to this company, and the latter half of this last year has been a struggle, I am 6 months pregnant and end of September I fell and gave myself a grade 3 tear in my shoulder (collarbone separation), Iām not able to have surgery on this until my baby girl is born. Iāve always been told and itās been extremely hyped up how if you are going through tough times this company will be there for you. Instead they let me show up to my scheduled shift, had me moving boxes around the shop for them every which way because of the new walls that are up and today was the first day anyone mentioned anything about āhey be careful with your shoulderā ādonāt hurt your shoulderā. Turns out this is because they decided they were going to fire me at the beginning of my shift but waiting until I was clocked out do the day. Stacy, one of the two bosses, had me go on a food run for everyone in the shop as well, which meant I had to clock out and lose some time on my already small check, because I had recently dropped down to part time that way I could do my best and thorough work without destroying my shoulder hoping to return to full time, because I did love this company at one point in time.
