The worst, TASTELESS Mexican food I've ever had!!! Ordered the Chile Verde and it came out as soup 😒 my whole plate was a soup watery mess! The rice was rubbery. When asking for another plate to drain all the extra juice, the lady was rude telling me that Mexicans like it made without flour, and that's why it's soupy?!! Wow!! Try the other options in town....there's better, authentic, delicious Mexican food in Kearney.

This is a great, authentic, Mexican Restaurant and Grocery in Kearney. I'm not sure what one of the other reviewers were talking about with a lack of spice because we had Chili Verde and Enchiladas Mexicanas which were both spiced wonderfully! The Enchiladas were almost a little too spicy for me, and I tend to love my spice! Great service and friendly folks. We'll be back!

We finally tried this place and it was nice. The place was very clean, staff was very attentive and polite. I got the carne asada, beans, rice and guacamole. The food was good but just needs to be seasoned a little more. Other then that it was good and we would come back.

If you’re searching for a taste of Mexico right in our town, look no further than Los Americas. Tucked conveniently next door to my business, this restaurant has become my top pick for authentic Mexican fare, and I’m eager to share why.

One star for the manager who did the right thing and refunded most of our meal cost even though I didn't ask for one. The food was awful. The worst I've ever eperienced. Chile releno was black, flat, the size of a jalepeno and horribly bitter. All of the food was bitter and drenched in an oil that tasted like paint. The tomales were also very small and over nuked from a microwave even though we asked upon ordering if they were fresh. The enchilada was decent and the taco was so drenched in oil it dripped from my hand, completely inedible. We ordered chips and salsa thinking that would at least be a filler. They were terrible too what a waste of food. I'm shocked to see 5 star reviews on this place. Maybe it was the kitchen staff but they had plenty of people working and...

fast food Mexican-American restaurant should be the name of the place for several reasons, first it takes time to make a order since the only lady that cooks at the restaurant was on her phone and didn't notice that I was there standing and then when I got my order the food was cold and didn't have a Mexican taste I tried their nachos and the meat was almost burned, I encouraged the owner or manager to make sure their employees are not using their phone and hopefully the food will be okay, in the mini store the prices fo the items were high and the looks like their corn tortillas are made of pre-made flour overall not coming back and...
