I tried this phone company out for a couple of my children because they advertise a much cheaper option for service and device. The coverage itself we have not had a single problem with, they don't lose a signal anywhere. There is however a serious lack of customer service. The store in my town is often closed because they don't have any employees. I had to drive 45 minutes away to buy a couple of phones the screen protectors and cases. When I got home I realized the store manager picked out and sold me the wrong screen protectors. Two days later our local store opened back up, so I tried to exchange them there and the district manager (of both of the stores) told me I would have to go 45 minutes to exchange them. I don't think I should have to drive an hour and a half for their mistake. I ended up just eating that loss and ordering new ones...
