I took in a watch to be engraved and I was on a really short time frame (about 1.5 weeks), as I needed it as the groom gift at my wedding and the vows were based around the watch - no pressure LOL. Russ told me he could get it done in the time frame I had.

The space available on the watch back was pretty limited and I wasn't sure I would be able to get everything I wanted to fit on it, but Russ made it happen. The final product turned out great and i was super impressed.

I was ecstatic and my now-husband absolutely loves the watch. Russ even went the extra mile and noticed the watch hadn't been set. Knowing I had a lot.on my plate with the wedding, he went out of his way to set it for me.

Russ is very friendly, kind, professional, and a joy to work with. I will definitely be back in the future for other personalized one-of-a-kind gifts. I would definitrly recommend Platinum Awards & Gifts to anyone looking for something special, especially for those hard to buy for people in your life. You won't be...
