We just purchased our new bed from Mattress Firm. Chris was our salesman. He was very friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable of every mattress we questioned him about. His explanations were thorough and informative, and most importantly made sense. He made our buying experience the absolute best it could be. We’d explained that we wanted to remain within a certain budget, but also get the best mattress we could so that we wouldn’t have to buy another one 6 months or a year from now. Chris provided us with all the potential options and explained everything in a well detailed manner. And based on our continued conversation, he really made us feel that he cared about our sleep concerns and provided us with what he thought would work for us. He also explained the Mattress Firn try out period when purchasing a new mattress. In the end we made our selection based on our comfort level and great advice from our salesman. This was by far the best sales experiences we’ve ever had and we’ve had quite a few. There was no cockiness or know it all attitude, or pushiness in any one direction, just what appeared to be genuine concern for our feelings and budget. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go to this Mattress Firm and seek out Chris for your next mattress purchase. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family. I cannot emphasize enough how great my experience was buying a mattress at the Kearny Matress Firm, specifically with Michael. He was very friendly, asked my name when I walked in, wasn’t pushy, was able to answer all my questions on the differences between each mattress, respected my desired price range, and when I was narrowing down my choices, gave me space to lay down for awhile to see which one I really wanted. It was like hanging out with a friend. When I did decide to purchase the Necter memory foam mattress, I didn’t even have to get off the test mattress. 1) Because I was so comfy and didn’t want to get off the mattress and 2) because Michael said I didn’t have to get up and brought his iPad over to enter my information. I’m so happy with my experience with this Mattress Firm. I’ve been a customer for years but purchased from MD stores. I received a call about my Mom today (NJ) and was told that my Auntie, who is not well, needed an adjustable bed ASAP. So, I searched for the nearest store hoping to find a deal as this was so “last minute”. Patricia (assistant manager) answered the phone. She was very friendly and explained my options. I explained the situation and she was empathetic and patiently assisted me in finding an alternative as the deal I wanted was not available.
