Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Kearny

I've never been so disappointed in Chipotle in my life but this time I felt like I had to beg for almost everything. I watched the first guy put 2 full spoons of rice in the bowl of the guy in front of me and I was like oh he makes a nice bowl but when it was time for my burrito a young lady took over and I felt like I had to beg for EVERYTHING. She would have a full spoon but would only put some in the bowl and shake the rest out in the pan so I asked for another spoon and she did it again I asked for beans she did the same thing. When she did it with the chicken I said why do you keep doing that you put back at least 5 pieces of chicken back in the bowl and she said of I filled it too much. I was like how I normally go to Wayne/Little Ferry and I have chicken thru the entire burrito with you I won't so she says I can get extra meat so I said the way you put it on it won't be extra it'll be what it should be the first time. I went to the guy doing the salsa he put cheese and corn to the side no problem I got my guacamole and I didn't feel like it was a problem but then I moved down asked for lemons, they didn't have that so I paid for my burrito and left. I guess since it was a promotion maybe they told their associates to cut back on supplies but with Qdoba and Moe's giving what Chipotle charges for (guacamole and queso) they don't need to lose any customers. I love chipotle. I'm closet to the kearny location. Its always dirty and the female staff always have an attitude and rude. Last night I went there because my daughter insisted on their food. There was 2 females and 1 male doing a customer order. They gave him so much food that it took two wraps and foul to close the burrito, which is fine then a guy whom already payed for his bowl came back when he almost finished, they allowed him to cut the line and fill his bowl up again without payment. I was tlking among my family and another customer about the atmosphere and the fact they barely gave my daughter food(gave her hlf a spoon a rice n chicken then told her it was no beans but there was and when the beans came out we was still in line she didn't offer, then got mad because I said "may my daughter have sum beans that she requested also a little more rice and chicken) cashier slams the recept in my bag and pushed it. It wasn't even my receipt, my payment didnt go through the first time which I knew, i was about to wlk out because she did that but I played n left. She didn't give me my receipt. Headquarters need to run the camera back on that location. This took place 9/27/24 around 8-9 something PM. It's always around this time. Should've gotten my money back and went to buffalo wild wings or Jersey Mike's next door. But anything for my daughter. I think she loves the food...

One visit: The staff of young teens lacks people skills among other things. I've visited this location at least 5 times and after the last time i can say i wont be back. Saw local firefighters there in uniform and i heard one ask about a discount and he was told "it's only for cops". Another visit: An item i asked for to be added to my bowl (Veggies) was not prepared, so with no warning or acknowledgement the staff member moved my item to the side and started fulfilling other orders. Acceptable to me, until it took over 5 mins for the veggies to be cooked. They added hot veggies to a cold bowl and tried to serve it to me. Another visit: I asked for chicken and was told they were making it. I sat by the order line and waited until it was cooked before beginning my order (I learned from the last time). A line had began to form and when i saw the chicken being brought out I stood up to start my order. I was told i needed to go to the back of the line. I told the young person I was waiting for the chicken to order. He said a long line had formed and because I wasn't standing waiting (or informed him i was waiting, i assume) that i needed to go to the back of the line.
