I personally would never use this business again. I brought in a seatback from my couch that my dog chewed back in March 2023. They had no problem with intending to make a sleeve to go over it. I spoke to them 3 times since March 2023 and always was told they would get to it. Unfortunately boat season came in 2023. Then boat season came in 2024 and they still hadn’t touched my seatback. Darren and his team are true professionals and masters at their craft!! Replaced a seat bolster on my newer C8 Corvette over it having a tear in the leather and just “ Beat up “ looking. Total replacement of the leather, matched the double row stitching , totally looks like it was never replaced and fresh from Bowling Green Kentucky Corvette assembly line. Appointment made was kept as well as time line to repair . All aspects were 100 % held too with no issues whatsoever!! Darren and his staff at Bemis Upholstery renewed my living room couch and chair! The cushion foam they were made with was too soft and was hurting my back. Bemis replaced it with firm foam and now they are even better, more comfortable than when they were new! In this era when things are made to wear out and throw away, it's wonderful to have craftsmen like these who breathe new life into old treasures. They also do upholstery for boats and cars. I saw they hade done a beautiful restoration of a soft top on a 1960s Mustang. Don't throw it away and buy new - have Bemis Upholstery...
