Customer service is awesome and the prices are reasonable . This location is a one stop shop , it has furnature , decor , childrens cloths , lots of stuff. I do want to personally thank the manager of the feed side he gave me a great price on a winter blanket where the packaging was a little damaged. But there is one thing i need to address , while i was there was a lady that came in selling a saddle , i asked if i could see it , we talked briefly about pricing and the saddle and it may have to have changes made if me and my husband were to buy it, she told me about her horse , then we went on to talk about her hobbys and as we were talking about my hobbys and the type of saddle i had, the manager sternfully , asked if we were going to make a deal not to do it on the property . Well within his rights to do so and request that , it was just a little edgy and awkward after that. Even with that i own my part and i was respectful to this customer and the company , and said to sell it there, at the store , first b4 he even came out , and if it didnt within a certain time give me a call and id come to the store and buy it after recovering from a financial crisis we are recoverimg from. Point is he was within his right to do what he did but no matter what id rather a business , like this , that needs the business and money in our way of life dying out little by little , its more important to support a small business sometimes , then it is to look out for personal gain. This store truly excels in customer service. As the owner of a small hobby farm spanning 20 acres, I often dress in casual farm attire—Chuck Taylors, surf shorts, a tank top, and a backwards trucker hat—so I might not fit the typical farm store profile. However, from the moment I parked, I was warmly greeted by an older gentleman who held the door for me and inquired about my day.

Upon entering the boot section, I was amazed by the extensive selection of roper and traditional cowboy boots. After just a minute of browsing, a friendly woman approached to offer assistance. I explained what I was looking for, and she quickly fitted me with a fantastic pair of Double H boots in under five minutes. She even took them to the register for me, ensuring a seamless experience.

At checkout, the same gentleman from the entrance engaged me in lighthearted conversation, making the transaction enjoyable. After I paid, he once again provided exceptional service by opening the door as I left, walking me to my car while continuing our pleasant chat.

The entire 45-minute drive home, I couldn’t stop reflecting on the outstanding service I received. This store has secured my loyalty for life. I highly recommend them for all your farm...

If you need a cowboy hat, this is your place! My wife and I went by Double H Western Wear to look at Stetson hats yesterday. I've been wanting to get a Stetson for several years, but am clueless when it comes to picking one out and the different options. I was also a little nervous that I wouldn't be able to pull one off.

When we walked into the hat section, we were greeted by Jeff. I had a lot of questions and Jeff was very helpful and informative. He showed me hats at all price points and helped me decide which was best suited for me. I had a few pictures of examples of what type of hat and shape I was interested in. Jeff took the time to look at the photos and shape the hat exactly the way I wanted.
