By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I left a fossil to be prepped with their shop in June of 2024 along with a $100 deposit. I was not provided a timeline but I checked in several times over the following months. Each time I was given some excuse and that it would done soon.

After waiting 6 months with no updates or timeline, I asked for a refund and Robert confirmed he would send me a refund and my unprepped fossil. Well now it has been a full year and I still have not received either.

They do not answer the phone ever and they disabled voicemail. They stopped replying to my texts and emails. They have effectively stolen money from me and refuse to provide basic customer service. Extremely unprofessional and I regret ever going...

Visited after Christmas while passing thru town with my family. I was particularly interested in the fossil fish one can buy then chip off the rock yourself. The owner was very nice and showed me his workshop and how to properly reveal the fossils. He even looked through all the fossils to find me the exact one I wanted. He answered all my wierd questions, and gave us some great local advice on which fossil quarry to visit in the summer. By far one of my most positive retail experiences!! Stopped in a few days ago to look around and to ask questions about local spots. The two gals that I talked to were extremely helpful and the advice they gave me lead to a very successful rock hounding trip. They also have a wonderful selection of rocks, minerals, and fossils at very good prices. They have little baggies of polished minerals for $1 that are perfect if you're learning to wire wrap and need something to practice on before going to fancy faceted gems. Will be back next time I'm in town! ...
