Between the door to door, meditative experience, from sitting in their signature massage chair, sipping chamomile tea 🫖, dedicating an hour to you for a full skin evaluation and genuine interest in what your skin needs and goals are, C10 has raised the bar for Miami Spa indulgence. Owner, Cheny Julian is present at the forefront, from beginning to end. Servicing your questions and requests. Excellent customer service. Esthetician, Danet, was a diamond. Excellent facial lymphatic massage techniques and recommendations for best Personal skin care goals. Chantal, C10’s nurse practitioner, was Persia lly invested in your skin care goals and eager to make a treatment plan for your specific requests and concerns. The customer service is very individualized and you leave feeling refreshed, renewed and eager to return for another treatment of your choice. Front desk staff, Linette didn’t know how else to please, receive and care for you while you were experiencing the C10 spa fantasy.

C10 is unlike any other medspa in Miami! Everyone on the team comes together to ensure that you get a premium experience to make you feel pampered and taken care of for all of your skincare needs. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk was so happy to help me start my skincare journey as soon as I walked in. I then met with Chantal, who gave me a very in depth analysis on the current state of my skin and what we should do moving forward to improve it. The C10 Signature Facial was a great choice for me since I had never had a facial before. I then met with Maria who gave me the best facial experience possible! She tailored my facial to meet all of my skin’s needs and created a very soothing atmosphere from start to finish. She also explained what she would be doing in order to meet the needs that I previously discussed with Chantal. By the time I was finished and looked at my skin, I had to do a double take…it was glowing and even-toned which is something I have never seen in my skin before, let alone after one facial. I did not hesitate to book my second facial with C10 and I cannot wait to see them again next month! A hugeeeee thank you to Cheny and her team for making my visit...
