I always come here to eat with my boyfriend because their vaca frita is our favorite & we live right behind the mall. I usually pick up the food myself but since it was raining I decided to order thru uber. When I get my food a whole vaca frita is missing. I call the restaurant & tell the man who answered the phone what happened. He assures me that BOTH vacas were made & they were BOTH sold. I ask him, since I already paid for it if they can just make another one & my boyfriend will go pick it up & the man straight up said no. Now, im not tryna be a karen but im a server at a restaurant in South mia & i dont understand why he said no. Straight up no. I dont understand whats so hard about remaking something a customer that paid for didn't receive? Because if they really made it, both vacas would be in the bag, correct? Together bc they're the same item. The bag was so tightly tied we had to break it on the side. & also, if you did make it like you said. Why wasn't it written on the receipt you gave us? Whoever wrote the receipt & stapled it to the bag only wrote 1 vaca frita with maduro & side salad. I dont understand what was so hard about remaking, when I know you guys aren't that busy, & any other restaurant would do it? I've never heard any of my managers ever tell a customer "no we made it both all you can do is refund your money" when someone is willing to go pick it up after ordering delivery. and to be honest it was enough to not make me wanna order from you guys again. My mother order a shake and a sandwich and once my grandmother tried it the shake was rotten ROTTEN because we all taste it and smell it, once my mom called very nicely to say that she wasn’t calling for the money but to let them know that the shake she had picked up was rotten they said look we are about to close and the shake wasn’t rotten that’s the way it’s supposed to taste. My mom let it go but honestly I called them back and I do not like to treat people bad and I try to be as understanding as a good daughter of God but this lady that answer had the guts to just say yea yea In Spanish in a laughing way when I told her the way she had answer my mom call was not professional and that at no given point they had offer an apology or he money back and that they were treating with peoples safety and stomach health, once I saw she acting like she could care less for what I was saying I said I will make sure the owner knows about this she yet answered we will be waiting for you here. I will be saving my time he is probably part of this disgusting restaurant rotten food joke, that everyone should stay away from. Read moreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TWO LADIES THAT WORK THE COUNTER "ALEJANDRA" ! DO NOT EAT THERE ! Both ladies at the front counter refused giving me their names after taking my debit card 2 times over the phone and their system having system errors and was not printing the receipt but I still was seeing the charges in my end out of.my account. Alejandra charged my card 2 times and when I told her I had the charge on my side she denied sending me food after charging my card 2 times over the phone and simply hung up on me as she was in a rush. I had to get up and drive to the store and show them and stem seeing the charges in my account they still said it was not true because the receipt never came out and declined me the food again. Now I have 2 charges to my account (which are on my statement) and still no food. The drivers that deliver to me so much know me by name and ended up seeing me there and paying for my meal and the charges were never declined or stopped and went through. Never going back again. Alejandra called me a liar to my face saying I never had money in my account in the first place when I have the charges from the restaurant lol. Lost a long term good paying customer over a pan con bistec and no customer service. Why would I call for delivery and then drive to show you the charges in my account just to steal a 10...
