I honestly feel I need to leave this review because it’s very rare to receive such exceptional service.

We just bought a new house and are furnishing it completely. This was our very first time buying from a furniture store since we’ve always shopped online, and Francys truly made the experience wonderful. She not only has great knowledge of every piece she sells, but also the patience to deal with all our indecisions. She offered us different options, showed us similar models online, explained the differences compared to other brands we liked, and convinced us in a way you actually appreciate. We left that day so happy! We had never spent so much money with so much satisfaction 😂😂.

A few days later, after re-measuring our spaces, we went back to make some changes. Francys wasn’t working that day, so another salesperson helped us. But the very next day, Francys called us to double-check because she thought something didn’t sound right — and she was correct. It wasn’t what we actually wanted! Thanks to her follow-up, we avoided the huge disappointment of receiving the wrong furniture after putting in so much thought (and money).

I’m honestly so grateful. I don’t have enough words to thank her and highlight her excellent work. I truly hope Rooms To Go always carries the styles I love, because I would be more than happy to keep shopping there with her.

My wife and I took our 5 yo son to pick his new bed. He got so excited when he found the coolest bunk bed for his new room setting. The delivery took place 3 days later, however, I was informed the the warehouse loaded the wrong mattress rail and because of that they would not be able to fully assemble the bed. I called CS right away, providing all information and what the issue was. The CS agent informed that the new delivery (for the right rail) was scheduled for today (July 5th) and my wife and I should be receiving text messages confirming the delivery time (which never happened). I, once again, called CS, speaking with the most unprepared CS agent I have ever encountered (the person even told me to go myself to the store to check if they have the rail available). Disaster! I asked to speak with his supervisor. I was transfered to the supervisor and, once again, I presented the case in details (now including the bad CS experience from the previous agent). Supervisor was very apologetic, as expected from a supervisor, but only offering possible solutions that would not fit my work schedule. At the end of the conversation, the new delivery is now scheduled for 1 week from today. Also, for over a 4k bed set, she offered a 50 dollars refund (really)? The point here is (and I made this very clear): They sent my son's expectations and excitement for his new bed down the drain....
