El Dorado — Local services in Kendall

Horrible experience on the first time purchasing from this store. First they don't even have their own delivery service so you have to ask a company that's affiliated with them which may or may not be at the store when you decide to purchase furniture. But what tops the cake is that when I had bought a dinner table set with 5 chairs and I had already took the table and returned for the chairs, they told me that they only had 2 new chairs in stock. Then they told us that if we wanted we could take the chairs that were on display but would not reduce the price of the chairs. Why didn't they check their inventory before the purchase was made and why they won't reduce the price of the used display chairs is beyond me but this experience sends a bad vibe from not only this store but el dorado...

NO WAY! I wanted to return and purchase a larger bed and some accessories, but I just can’t. I purchased a small bed. After a month it started to fall apart and has been on a roll since. I guess that what you get when you pay $300 for a twin bed. However, a twin bed that is on “ clearance” for $300 is not THAT cheap to fall apart a month later. I wanted to go purchase a couch and some lamps, but after having a bed that didn’t last nite than 40 days, how could I ? There is way too much competition out there to throw away my money!

There is no guarantee as it is a clearance center, which I understand, but I did not expect it to fall apart that soon. Unfortunately, at the end of the day you get what you pay for, and El Dorado clearance center is not where I want to...

Poor customer service. After standing in line waiting to be helped, the cashier never acknowledged me and began assisting the lady behind me (in Spanish). The lady proceeded to walk around me to toward counter. The cashier next to her witnessed this blatant disrespect. However, she apologized but never corrected the problem. I called corporate and spoke with "Sally". She felt the need to explain how the outlet works but never transferred me to someone who would assist me. Lady, I was calling to make a complaint about the service. At this point, I couldn't care less how the outlet works. I just wanted to purchase a bedroom set for my birthday.
