first time I come to churro mania in kendall and I get such horrible service. I went on april 10, 2025 around 4:15 pm and the lady that helped me offered terrible service. from the moment we ordered she gave us terrible attitude and afterwards she confused my order with someone else’s and screamed until the car turned around and she gave us the order that other people had already taken with them. I’ve been a loyal costumer of the store since I was in Venezuela and seeing how the costumer service has declined makes me very disappointed.

I wanted to follow up on my previous experience at Churromania Kendall. I visited again today, May 27, 2025, and unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. I ordered 20 churros, and this time, the quality of the food itself was not up to the usual standard I’ve come to expect.

Terrible service. Went in 15 minutes after they opened. Employee went up to the window and greeted me with a, "We just opened, we don't have anything!" I just walked off -- no reason to put up with that as a customer. As if they're doing me a huge favor by taking my money....
