
Horrible experience. I went in today around 3:30pm and asked how much would it cost me to go platinum, the lady who attended me, Mercy/Mercedes/Maria Guisella -idk everybody gave me a different name when I was complaining about her- told me that it would be $60 for my full hair, which is of a medium-long length. I'd like to state that my hair was already light ash blond, except for my roots (around 4 inches) which were brownish. I agreed to the price and she started doing my roots, 2 bleaching applications and a toner, all the while being aggressive and dismissive of my questions. All of a sudden after the toner, she told me that she was done. I asked her how much would I be paying and she snorted derisively "60, what don't you remember?" I told her 60 dollars was too much for a root touch-up and that I had asked for a full-hair application quote, she became defensive and told me that the rest of my hair was already platinum and that there was no need to work on it. Which is a total lie because my hair is now yellow on the roots and light ash blond in the ends. Worst...

Not a once of customer service, I am a business owner if that would have happened to me I would have tried working something out not to have an upset client but the front desk woman all she wanted was to collect and get me out of there. All she kept saying was the hair dresser had a hard time trying to put the curlers, then if it was so difficult talk before and say look this is going to cost you more or give the advice to let it grow a little more but no they wanted the money and didn’t want to loose doing the service and the one loosing was me. Do not recommend at all! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Read moreI have now been 3 times. Twice for my eyebrows and once for my nails. So far I like it very much. Jany at the front of the house is so nice and patient. She does an excellent job finding me an appointment quickly. She also pleasantly surprised me by remembering my name and greeting me directly when she arrived at the salon when I was there before her. That was a very nice feeling that she had greeted me by name after only meeting me 3 times. Those are the things to look for in a good experience. Sayuris, Rosie, & Liana were all very sweet, professional and performed their services at a high quality level that I was very satisfied with. I will definitely be going back soon to try...
