I’m so disappointed in how I’ve been treated by certain employees as of late. Chris is a fantastic employee and handles every customer issue/question/need with care and accuracy. However, the other employee in question is rude, tries to put herself above everyone else and sounds so entitled any time she speaks. I’ve been a loyal Kendall lakes vapor shark customer since 2015 and I have NEVER asked for a refund/exchange (with one exception! And it wasn’t even a refund/exchange for me). Today I asked for help with my device and the only thing they offered to do was clean it or switch out a piece of the battery. When that didn’t work they offered 30% off a new device. This is quite an expensive device and since it was purchased outside of the 30 day window they washed their hands of me and said there was nothing more they could do. I often come into the store and chat with the employees and they know I haven’t worked consistently in a while due to health issues/other personal reasons and they kept pushing a sale on me. I was so embarrassed but had to say I was flat broke because my new job hasn’t paid me yet. And they KEPT PUSHING A NEW SALE ON ME!!! at that point I got stern and turned to this entitled woman and said “girl when I say I’m broke, I mean I’m broke. I cannot afford anything. Have a good day.” Im so upset with how I’ve been treated by this store and particularly this one woman. I have MANY more things to say- but those issues are irrelevant to this situation. I have kept going to the store because Chris is so great and she always greets me warmly and gets what I need with no issues and fixes my problems without any hesitation. Vapor shark- I have been loyal to YOU since 2015. Today was the last straw. I’m sure you all won’t care about this post but you’ve lost a very loyal and knowledgeable customer today who has spent thousands of dollars over the span of 7 years....
Read moreI visited this store 4 times now and I have to say I am extremely pleased with this store there's an older lady and her late thirties early forties who is extremely helpful there's a beautiful young lady about college age also extremely helpful but the best part about this store I just noticed today is that it is veteran owned. Now you're going to spend money on vaporizers and juice, so doesn't a veteran deserve your business over anyone else? Now this gorgeous ladies I talked about manners to. Just an awesome...
Read moreI had a problem with my atomizer and the girl at the shop said I needed a new battery. When I went to a Doral location they said nothing was wrong with my battery, all I needed was to change the atomizer. The girl even put some black rubber thing by the battery. The guys in the Doral location had no idea what it was and said they knew who put it on my vape pen. That says it all. Plus her customer service wasn't great at all.
