I recently catered a party through a banquet hall that uses this cake designer. I was so disappointed with not only their service from the moment i walked in to the final product which was not what i ordered. The.banquet hall sent me to this place.to pick the cake for my upcoming event. I asked for a sample which was so small I could not savour it. But since this was the place the banquet hall worked with, I had no choice. I asked the sales person for samples of the 3 flavor to take to my client. One of the pieces looked like a crumb.. Days later I sent an email to them with the final choice of the cake and it filling. The filling had an additional charge which I agreed upon. They never followed up on my order. I was busy and had not been able to get in there to pay for the filling. on the day of the event I called to pay and they said it was too late. that was fine. but not only did I not get my filling the cake was not done as I requested. what a disappointment since I had a.pending order for a wedding cake in a week. which of course is...

BY far the worst company to work with. I had to use them due to my contract with the Banquet Hall. But I knew from the start it was going to be an issue. They wanted to charge me extra for everything and it was always around $150+. Horrible and rude service. Not to mention the day of the party the cake was ugly was not had lots of missing portions on it. And then the taste was dry and almost like an old cake taste. Thank god I had ordered cupcakes from another bakery. The cake in full was thrown away and no one had it. It was embarrassing that everyone told me how awful that cake was....

I just left this place from my first consultation, and I thought the sample of vanilla and marble. In my opinion these two samples were extremely too wet and toooo sweet. I asked if there was maybe something to do not to make so sweet. The owner came out literally yelling saying how dare I say that his cakes are too sweet, and that in 12 years no one has ever said such a thing.
