We’ve been here several times (at least 5 times) and loved the ice cream. Today, however, after we asked if they had a rewards program, I was told they do and was handed a card that reads that will give you a free gelato after the 8th one. Granted I’ve been buying 2 and 4 every time we go, I asked if any of the previous would count as I was a often customer, and she replied “not often enough, I don’t remember you”. Okay...it’s fine, I asked to have the 4 that I just paid for marked. Lady said that today’s didn’t count but next time would. I gave it back to her and told her that it would not be a next one. I stayed to finish the ice creams, hoping that she would realize what happened and correct the lack of customer service. Nope. Sad. Response: There is no misunderstanding on my part. She was very stingy when serving the gelato in the small cup ($5.99), and if I'm paying $5.99 I expect to get what I'm paying for. Instead, I payed $5.99 for 3/4 of a small cup. Also, not sure if they changed their stracciatella recipe but it's not the same as it used to be compared to the past 4 years I've been coming here.
