I have been a renter for a while now, I think it’s crazy that I have been texting someone to put it on autopay for a while now - so I don’t get charged the $10 fee for being a day late (which is crazy just for 1 day late) The person i’ve been texting no longer works there (how am i supposed to know???) I texted the place letting them know It was supposed to be on autopay months ago- the guy responded with “First of all-“ LOL, horrible. Some things are affordable but it’s not the greatest quality furniture for a home, so the fact that you’s are so quick to get the payment & charge $10 the next day as a fee, at least be nice & understanding to your customers. The guys there are always in a negative mood makes me not even want to make anymore...
Read moreHonestly I don’t usually rent to own anything, however I heard one of the radio stations give a shout out to Buddy’s furniture and so I figured I’d stop in.. The second I walked in I felt very welcomed and the store manager made me feel like I was the real MVP! He made sure I was getting what I wanted and made sure I left satisfied! From the moment I stepped in the door I just knew I was going home with furniture..I purchased it today and received everything today those guys really made my day! Thanks so much I’ll definitely recommend my friends and family and even those who just randomly ask for suggestions! Buddy’s is the way to go...
Read moreI am very pleased with the service that I received at Buddy’s today the store owner and Candi the sales person were absolutely amazing. Today was my first day ever in the furniture store and from the onset of me and my daughter walking in the experience was absolutely amazing. We felt welcomed and at home. They made this experience, painless and easy. I would highly recommend this store for any of your furniture needs.
