After being sold something that didn't work as promised, I returned to this shop within 5 minutes to exchange it for a functioning battery but was greeted with ANGER and HOSTILITY from the clerk OMAR. I wasn't trying to get a refund, I was just trying to exchange my purchase and HE COMPLETELY WENT NUTS. My total was $24. Since I paid with 2 $20 bills, he gave me $16 in change and because he didn't even let me get a word out he started ranting "I CAN'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY, UNTIL YOU GIVE ME $16 FIRST." Actually Omar, I didn't even wan't my money back, I wanted to buy something else but because you went CRAZY and almost attacked me across the counter all I wanted at that point was to get the hell out of there.

Recently purchased a butane torch here. When I got home it immediately was not working properly. When I clicked it on, the flame would not turn off. If I blew it out super hard, I could get it to go out. But then I could hear the butane continue to pour out. I tried to return it, but the owner wasn’t there, and his employee told me only he could make returns. I needed the torch then, so I purchased another and figured I’d just come back the next day. Well I went back today, and the owner just argues with me. Telling me that’s how they are supposed to work, even though I know it’s not because that’s dangerous and I’ve owned plenty. Anyways I did not get my money back. So I got 1 torch for the price of 2. After being treated so terribly, I will never be going back to this...

I've been to a few or more smoke shops in this area. I've been nothing but happy with every purchase I made. Probably better prices for most items. For all the people complaining about broken torches this must be your first time buying a torch. Get used to it or go back to your bic. The quality of merchandise is same or better on some items as any other smoke shop around here. Anything you buy from a smoke shop you should consider non returnable in most situations. For a customer I see having to buy a new torch as just the cost of running whatever business I choose. By the way there are good long lasting torches to buy. Just bring more than a 20...
