Customer service is bad. I came in. One of the cashiers was busy. The other one (young a bit heavy set lady) was looking at me when I entered. I asked her about multivitamins. She ignored my question, started looking at another direction pretending I didn't exist. She didn't even say a word in an arrogant way. The male cashier saw this and asked me to wait until he was done with another customer and helped me out in a bit. Then I saw that the young lady was actually able to speak, she was chatting and laughing with co-workers around. No shopping...

I have shopped in this particular store for several years, but today I was shocked and disappointed with the clerk. I was pleasantly greeted and helped upon my arrival, it was during checkout that took me aback. I had stood in line to checkout with several items when a lady walked up in front of me and was helped as if I was not there. The clerk obviously felt uneasy, but proceeded to help the other lady. I do enjoy browsing this store but it was super distracting to hear one of the female employees stocking shelves, talking loudly about her personal business on her phone and cursing and dropping the F bomb every 5 seconds. Another customer approached this employee with a question and she directed her to the cashier probably so she could get back to her private conversation. Not a good look for any...
