Lots of great stuff here. My one star review is based solely on the return policy. My husband purchased a shirt here for a nice dinner we had scheduled. He thought he had forgotten to pack the shirt he was planning to wear. Turns out he found it later that night, and I attempted to return the shirt the next morning. With the tags on, in the same bag, and with the receipt. I think it was less than 24 hours later. Unfortunately, this store only offers store credit not refunds in the form of original payment. This is totally out of sync with every other clothing store I’ve ever been to. I think it is particularly annoying considering this is in a vacation town where most people are not going to use a store credit if they decide to return something. I asked if an exception could be made, but considering the policy was posted, and on the receipt, they were not amenable to helping me out. Salt on the wound - no online store.

I guess just be more aware of the policy than my husband was - He would not have purchased this shirt had he known. Disappointing for sure. You’d think a small boutique store would have more customer friendly policies, but oh well. Would love to have...

To the sales associate woman with short white hair… whether you making a “joke” or not, telling me that there was a camera in the dressing room after I requested to take 4 items (as well as my 4 year old daughter) in came off as discriminatory and classist. I know I’m not the typical looking boat-owning KPT male, but you should know I’ve been to your store the past 3 summers and purchased your ridiculously marked up menswear. The way you watched my child with cold eyes as she played with the stupid $200 FM radio did not land well either.
