I visited this tiny retail shop on 10/04/24 durning a visit to the area. I was on my way to the public restroom & found this place out back. I was browsing for 20mins before anyone spoke to me. Finally I approached the sales women & I purchased a ring there. I asked if they ship & the sales person said yes. The ring was taken from my hotel room during my stay & after I returned home on 10/05/24, the following day I called to order another to replace the ring that was "lost". Milton was on the way to Florida (where I live) & instructed the sales women to wait a lesst a week until after Hurricane was well over to ship it to me, she stated her understanding & agreement. She did not wait and sent the 2nd ring. I called the store 10/12/24 after thinking it over & spoke to Sarah. As I decided to choose another ring which I gave a complete description & location in the store, since the 1st ring had such negative circumstances. I recieved the 2nd ring on 10/17/24 & promptly returned it on 10/19/24. I called as instructed by Sarah to let them know when the ring was on the way back to them, est delivery 10/22/24. Since then I have called 3x's since then to make sure they received the ring back. Firstly this business does ot have an answerig service, so if you call after thier operating hours, you cannot leave a voice message, the phone just rings & rings. Each time I called during thier open hours, the female who did not identify herself, ranted that they just had # tourist buses an she can't talk now, I gave my name & mobile number, explained that I am a customer too. I never recieved a call back. Then on 11/02/24 at 19:27, quite unexpectedly, while I was dining out with friends, Sarah called and left a voice mail sharing her e-mail address. At 19:30 after listening to her message, I returned her call & no answer....really 3 min later? I e-mail her to the e-mail address she left on my voice message (went over several x's) & it was "Blocked". This business has the worst customer service; never calling back, can't talk to anyone there, no voice messaging system on the phone, rudely ranting telling me they had # of tourists buses & not be able to get a word in edge wise. Just awful & very frustrating. I wish I never went into that shop! The situation remains unresolved to date. I purchased another piece of jewelry that day from COMPLIMENTS JEWELRY GALLERY, a one of a kind bracelet, while experiencing exceptional service. I came back later in the afternoon to make these purchases and a new woman was there who was extremely passive aggressive with me and chased me and my dog out of this establishment. She did not even asking if he was a service dog. My dog is a service dog in training and was welcomed in every restaurant, art gallery, pottery shop and misc store we went to EXCEPT this establishment which I find extremely disappointing for such a dog friendly town. This was a group of 60 to 70 year old ladies, who could buy anything they wanted , with out stealing. There were other ladies in the shop, not just the ā bus people, or travel groupā. I had been in the shop over an hour helping my group decide. I and one other lady was in the store when the clerk started her loud accusations. I will never recommend or come in this store again.
