If i could give a zero i would. Went there to get a recliner for my grandfather and we saw an electric one with heat and massage for 995. Thought that was a good deal for a brand new chair. Lloyd did not tell me that was the only chair they had. They delivered the chair with no plastic wrap or anything on it. Then when we get the chair it was dirty and the handle to let the foot up was broken. I called and asked if was the display chair he said yes and i took pictures and went up there and told him was broke and dirty. He offered for someone to come fix it. Now why would i want someone to fix a chair i just bought? I told him to come get it and refund me. They didnât come get it for 4 days then he claimed he returned my money. I waited 2 weeks.    Read moreI've been renting to own since November of 2019. Pandemic struck and I've not been able to get relief on payment, I requested to skip a payment and was told that Aarons did not give their customers a break because "Aaron's need their money".
The district manager was called and told if I could pay half that he'd work with me with the rest, that balance which was more than making the monthly payment(for Instance, monthly payment $88.00, pay $54.00 and pay another $54.00 for the balance.) I don't know where they went to school but that's more than the monthly amount.
I mentioned that other companies were assisting their customers during this pandemic, I was told that Aaron's was not one and I'm sure they had federal funding to assist them.
