What can i say. KFC food is great but this restaurant has the worst staff and service i have ever experienced. I have had a few bad experiences in the last month. The renovated the rest, but the staff is what needs to be renovated. A couple of weeks back i was going through the drive tru, first thetell you through the speaker, 'look at the menu and when you ate ready to order come to the window'... I couldn't understand, but i was hungry so i drove up to the window and had to memorize exactly what i wanted cause i was not able to look at the menu screen while i was at the window. Then i give the cashier my debit card as she grabs it, her phone starts ringing, she picks her phone with my card in her other hand walks away from the window while still in sight to talk on her phone... After 5 minutes she returns, no apology nothing, just gives me the card and tells me to go to the other window. Another time, i go inside to eat, i was standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me or another customer who was there. When the time finally came to order after i tell her my order and as i take out my card she tells me only cash no card cause they don't have the system running. I get that situations like that happen but would be too hard to make a sign on a paper lerting customers know so that they don't have to waste any time??? Another time after i ordered everything, and paid for my order she tells me they only have water and tea... Again no sign or warning before then. They never say hello, they always have attitudes like its the customers fault that they work there and everytime i go through the drive tru they never put...
Read moreKenner location shucks. Drive-thru makes you place your order@windows which doubles the time toy spend in drive thru. I waited in drive thru over an hour. Them pulled around to front of store waiting on a crispy breast to fry in another'16 min' 45 min after falling asleep, I got out of car and went in four my order....I get back to the car and I have all kinds of chicken.... no breast and the sides that I ordered were never on ticket. So some light-skinned pretty boy was beyond kurt, flippant, smart alec, and down right condescending and dismissive when I came bk for the second time complaining about my order. Boyfriend had on a manager's nametags and he was a straight deva. No apology. No customer service. No kind gesture of accommodation. And dared me to call corporate and shoe them my receipt and boss it didn't have my missing sides on it. It wasn't my fault that the lil lazy, nonchalant boy ast the window rang my ticket up wrong. By the time I got my service from a female mngr who was kind and apologetic, it was pushing 2 hrs later and I was too upset to eat. I come there because I've had hot/ fresh food that was tasty. Read moreI went to through the drive thru on 8/16/23, ordered my food. Then proceeded to the window. The 1st window had stop here. No one was at the window. When the car in front of me left. Still. No one was at the window. So I proceeded to the next window. Stayed for a moment. Then I hear someone say, hello! Back here. I’m like, okay. I reversed, gave the crew member my credit card. The crew member left. I’m like wait a minute. There’s a register right there. I honked my horn. The crew member that took my credit card was at the window I just reversed from. I was livid! I asked why would you have me reverse from this window for you to take my payment, only for you to come to the window where I was to process my payment. To me. That seems odd. Too much theft is going on. I asked to speak with the manager and she said, I am. I advised the I want to speak with someone above her and another lady came to the window. I explained what happened. Had she had no care in the world. Just sad. Then I had to ask for my receipt in which they tore off the top with the restaurant information on it. Then when I went back. To get the rest of the information. She wrote it down. But wrote the incorrect information. I’m like. Ma’am you’re messing with the right, but the wrong one. I will be following up...
