PayMore - Buy, Sell & Trade Electronics — Local services in Kennesaw

Though I cld appreciate a person's knowledge, the manager/Jonathan informed me of his years of experience with his electronics...His tone and manner with me was brusque.

More importantly, it is rude to assume or ask if someone has paid off a phone or if the person has had it for more than 6 months... Why ask such a question? I was immediately insulted. Upon accessing the phone, he knew and was able to see that Metro unlocked it, (but prior to that u r asking me questions that upon access, would answer your question. Therefore knowing that the phone has been paid for. Ido not have a problem with giving me $3 for an old phone and then pretend to negotiate for a newer phone...People really need to self examine and learn to reflect language that is open to black people and work on their customer service for all people...and yes, some brown and black demonstrate bias towards their own.

I have other electronics, but I will go elsewhere....

Being in Management I have noticed that businesses have become more about filling the seat than aligning the right people to the right seats. I believe that is EXACTLY what PayMore has done with Lindsey and Amanda.

I only came in to the store because my daughter wanted to sell her VR. I normally would have been on my daughter about not being prepared but found myself intrigued at the wealth of knowledge on a variety of topics these two and my daughter shared as we waited for the VR to charge.

For me it's not about the business we were there to conduct, but the energy in the room. I really enjoyed my trip to PayMore and hope to have more opportunities to do...

Okay.. hands down, the best experience I've ever had selling used equipment. The process was seamless, and they were beyond patient with me despite coming close to closing, which a lot of store reps aren't fond of however they took care of me in such a way that left me absolutely impressed. I cannot recommend PayMore Kennesaw enough! Albert, Amanda, keep up the phenomenal customer service and I strongly believe that they are the key to this store's success. Thanks for helping me make a quick, easy sale! I will be back!!!!

By the way, you can recycle your electronics here to reduce e-waste....
