Lovesac — Local services in Kennesaw

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Lovesac store in Kennesaw, GA. I placed an order at this location that included a couple in-store-only products, which were never provided to me. After receiving the rest of my order via FedEx, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, David, who informed me that the in-store items should have been provided and that do not have those items? H went to inform me that he could not assist further, but instead directed me to call Lovesac’s customer service to request shipping labels for a return if I wanted, adding that the covers I ordered were unavailable at his location. This lack of accountability from the store manager was frustrating and unacceptable.

The customer service from both the manager the associate sales representatives was shockingly poor, lacking basic professionalism and problem-solving skills. The furniture itself is overpriced, cumbersome to assemble, and not worth the hassle when competitors like RH and Arhaus offer fully assembled, high-quality alternatives in the same price range. I’m deeply disappointed by the entire experience and would not recommend this location or Lovesac to anyone. Better training and customer care are urgently needed...

Great experience at the new LoveSac store in Kennesaw! Kendall was a great help and very professional and friendly and the store manager was amazing as well. I’m long time Sactional owner and they were great and helping think of some new options to expand my setup! Will be back again to wrap and order some upgrades!
